Transitional Housing
Harbour has nine homes available for Transitional Housing which is a short to medium stay (up to twelve months) accommodation option for women with children who require intensive case management support to build independence and recovery as they search for alternative longer-term accommodation.
All the homes are fully equipped and furnished, and lease agreements are managed under the Residential Tenancies Act. Our staff deliver a range of services to these families ensuring they are able to live safely and independently in the community.

At Harbour we have an outstanding reputation for working successfully with home Owners who wish to put their investment property to good use.
If you lease your home to us, we will work with a property management agent and place tenants who have escaped family and domestic violence in your home on a short term rental until they find their forever home. As the primary tenant, Harbour will pay the Bond and rent and recover the funds from our Tenant.
