16 days Slow Movement

—As part of the **16 Days in WA Campaign Challenge**, Harbour supporter **Maree Goulden** is offering **free gentle stand-up movement sessions.

These sessions may include **mindful walking, soma sensing, qigong, body scans, yoga, and breath awareness**. Think of them as movement “snacks”—simple, nourishing moments that support **stress relief, emotional balance, and deeper body awareness**.

This isn’t about fitness — it’s about **slowing down to find clarity, calm, and connection**. The practices are **invitational, accessible, and always at your own pace**.

📍 **Where: Outside Bunbury Library Park
🕒 **When: 12:15pm – 12:45pm
⏱️ **How long: Join for 10 minutes, 20 minutes, or stay for the full session. You’re also welcome to simply sit and observe.
🗓️ **Dates: Every day from **25 November – 10 December** (all 16 Days of WA Awareness)

Come as you are — let’s move gently together.

This is a **free event**, but **donations are most welcome** to support Harbour Refuge & Support Services.
